How to Register:

1. Download the application form (click here to download form)
   
2. Fill up the Application Form
   
3. You can choose to send the application form by
   - Fax (This method applies for payment via credit card only)
   - Mail (This method applies for payment via credit card or cheque only
   
   
4. If you wish to pay by cash, kindly fax your application form to 65357437 to reserve a seat
   
5. Payment by Cheques should be made to Cyberquote Pte Ltd
   
6. For mailing, complete the application form and mail it (together with payment) to:

7. Payment must be received in full THREE working days prior to the commencement of the course to ensure seating.
   
8. A confirmation notice will be given to candidates 1 week before the commencement of the course.
